Dalziel suffered mixed fortunes in their last two league games, having already clinched the title the Motherwell side travelled to meet Drumchapel Ams and left with all three points, goals from Iain Clark and David Jackson sealing a 2-1 win. Unfortunately Dalziel spoiled their unbeaten away record in the league when they went down 5-0 in their last game away to Doune Castle Ams.
